Ugly Christmas Sweater Learn to Curl

Join the Brookings Curling Club this festive season to learn the basics of this team-driven, community-centered sport. In the spirit of Christmas, we will go over ice safety, the mechanics of the game, and basic rules of play, all while enjoying some holiday cheer. Your ticket price will cover an hour and a half of instruction and play time as you learn the sport of curling. At the conclusion of your lesson, join us at our Broomstacking Headquarters, Wooden Legs Brewing Company, for some holiday drinks and merry conversation!

Curling is a sport for everyone – perfect for families, friends, and coworkers to come together and enjoy during this joyous time of year.

No equipment needed – everything is provided by the club. Please wear warm, comfortable, and flexible attire that will keep you cozy on the ice. Bring clean shoes to wear on the ice – no outside shoes allowed.

The event starts promptly at 7:30 PM and goes till 9:00 PM. Please arrive early to prepare, get ready, and embrace the festive curling action!
